HubSpot layoffs to hit by 2027 as Cambridge-based company aims to create 'flatter, faster organization'
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Cambridge-based HubSpot announced layoff plans on Tuesday, saying the goal is to create a "flatter, faster organization."
According to a financial filing, the company's Board of Directors authorized the plan on Oct. 1. The plan calls for laying off 7% of employees.
As the Company has evolved its strategy to have a deeper focus on delivering customer outcomes, it must also change how it organizes and operates," the company wrote.
